Best Chili Cheese Burgers within mlles. Food is always hot and hot and fresh.

My family and I have been here before, the food was delicious and it's plenty of space. Atmosphere-wise, though, I felt like everyone there including the customer service were intimidated by us, when all we came to do was eat and enjoy ourselves which is not easy to do when you've got a bunch of nervous eyes watching you. Other than that it's a great place

After we ordered at the counter we found a clean table and seated our self. The food came out in a timely manner. Two things did not please us. First; we were fussed at for not getting our drinks at the counter. We didn't know, so then we had to get and go get our drinks. Why they didn't bring them at the same time... Beats me.Second;. We order some ice cream, one with nuts one without. They didn't mark them... So we had to dig through them to find the nuts. We told them I was allergic to nuts when we placed the order. Over all... Not very please with service.

The people are nice, decent service, but filthy. I won't use the restroom, the place could get a reasonable reno, and cleanliness really needs to be consistent.

After reading the reviews, I didn’t have very high hopes, but I was pleasantly surprised! Great food for the price, in quantity and quality, it was out very quickly, and the service, contrary to many of the reviews, was just fine. And just some advice for some of y’all salty fellows, people tend to be more polite to you if you’re nice to them first ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The food was exactly what we expected, "Clock" type food so no surprise but no let down either. What we didn't expect was the lack of customer service. The person running the register and taking orders failed to get three things correct on our order, no big deal until we asked for it to be fixed. One member of our party asked for 1/2 and 1/2 as a side. They received only fries. When we asked for the onion rings, we were told they couldn't make it right without charging another 1.25. It's not the money, more the fact that they are willing to lose a returning customer over 5 onion rings. There are too many options in Greenville County to provide anything less than perfect customer service. We won't be returning.

I ordered the cheeseburger plate with all french fries. The cheeseburger was pretty good although the fries where clearly old and soggy. As soon as i got the food i went straight back to my friends which is only 5 minutes down the road so they were old before i left.

Seems like if you’re not a local you are not treated in a nice manner. You could tell the locals were being called sweetheart and told to have a blessed day.The lady behind the counter was rude when we told her we have never been in before we didn’t live in the area and were trying to look at the menu.It was like we were a burden being there. We probably should’ve turned around and left .The food was just okay nothing to make up for the experience overall. The whole place could use an update including some of the rude staff. My husband has helped run a restaurant and this experience was a one time experience for sure.When we are back in Travelers Rest which will be soon and often we will not burden them again!

Rude staff. Food is just a bunch a prepacked/frozen greasy junk. Charged me $5 for dipping sauces on my already overpriced slop. Gross building, needs updates. Dilapidated restrooms. Don’t know why they’re so popular and how they’re still open. People must not get out much.

Food is amazing but the service could definitely be better. As i was ordering and paying the cashier made me feel as if it were hassling her to take my order and my money. Ive been here several times and that just seems to be the trend no matter who is at the window.

Great place to get a cheeseburger

The food has always been good here but as I pulled up to pay for my order I realized that not a single employee was wearing a mask. There were 5 or 6 employees filling orders for the drive thru and they were not masked or socially distanced. I can't risk contracting covid because the management decided not to protect its customers. Once the pandemic is over I will go back.

Good food, my foot. Like many restaurants around here, it's all garbage. People down here have no idea what real food is.

Note: My experience is primarily for the drive thru. You may find your experience differ once going inside. I typically come here once every few weeks. In all the times I came here the service and speed is really quick. They have never once bungled my order and I've always received everything I ordered, even after changing some things about the order (one plate without coleslaw, one with for example). The food is above average than your typical fast food place and the portions are ample enough to never leave you wanting more.

Nice family-owned local Diner. Nothing fancy, a place to go get an Old Fashioned Burger and a shake.

I have been a customer here for years but since this covid stuff started I will not go here anymore. The employees barely wear masks and they round up your total which is ridiculous. I had a $27 order and they rounded it up to $30. I paid with a card not cash which is bs. They did it without even asking. So careful going here they are not what they use to be.

I’ve been eating here since the doors were first opened in 1980. I am yet to find anything bad with the food, environment or the Owners. Good clean family place to eat.
